The location was perfect for our family, with easy walking access to local attractions. We really enjoyed the spacious Premium Super King Room, which provided plenty of room for the kids to play. The hotel offered a delightful breakfast spread that kept everyone fueled for our adventures. the lift situation was frustrating, as one was out of order during our stay, making it difficult to navigate with children and luggage.

My two-night stay was fantastic! The big comfy bed ensured a restful sleep, and the breakfast was absolutely top-notch, especially the poached eggs! The room was exceptionally clean and well-refurbished.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Harrogate, An Ihg Hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. The staff members were genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Springs Restaurant could use a revamp—atmosphere was lacking, and facing a wall while eating? Not ideal. Our beer fizzed out flat and the service was a tad off, leaving us hanging on drinks before food even arrived.
